Refund Policy

We want you to be confident engaging us. This policy explains how refunds work for our services.

Project work

Project engagements are milestone-based. Each milestone is invoiced for work delivered against the agreed scope. Fees for completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable; unstarted milestones can be cancelled before work begins.

Pilots

Fixed-scope pilots may carry a money-back guarantee where explicitly stated in the proposal, if we miss the agreed outcome, you get the pilot fee back.

Retainers

Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with the notice period stated in your agreement. Unused capacity within a paid month is not refundable.
